Family Counselling: Strengthening Relationships and Communication

Family relationships can be our greatest source of love, but also our greatest source of stress. When communication breaks down, conflicts repeat, or big changes cause tension, family counselling can provide a safe, supportive space to reconnect.

What It Involves:
In family counselling, we work together to identify unhelpful patterns, improve communication, and strengthen understanding between family members. I take a systemic, trauma-informed approach that honours each person’s perspective, while keeping the focus on healthy connection.

Who It’s For:

  • Families experiencing ongoing conflict or tension

  • Blended families navigating new dynamics

  • Parents and teens struggling to connect

  • Families managing mental health challenges, grief, or life transitions

Delivery Options:

  • Face-to-face in West Wollongong (Fridays, fortnightly)

  • Online via secure telehealth (Wednesday & Thursday evenings)
