In family counselling, we work together to identify unhelpful patterns, improve communication, and strengthen understanding between family members. I take a systemic, trauma-informed approach that honours each person’s perspective, while keeping the focus on healthy connection.

Parents and teens struggling to connect
Families managing mental health challenges, grief, or life transitions

Face-to-face in West Wollongong (Fridays, fortnightly)
Online via secure telehealth (Wednesday & Thursday evenings)
